Initial client consultation is complimentary and lasts approximately 30 minutes.  We recommend filling out the online New Client Request Form as early as possible. This ensures that you are in our service area and we can accommodate your dates before we go any further. Please be sure our email is on your safe list so you get our responses; info@nplhpetsit.com. Please check your spam folder if you have not received a response from us in the allotted time frame. We typically try to respond within 24 hours, but may take a little longer during holiday and peak times. Once we have established that we can meet your needs, instructions will then be emailed to you on how to set up and access your private client portal and we will schedule an in person meeting so we can meet you and your pets and learn the routine.

At this meeting, we will get to know your pets and establish the routine you would like for us to follow. The Service Contract and any other important information necessary is all online via our state of the art, user-friendly client software program, Time to Pet. We no longer hold on to client keys. With over 250 client keys in my possession, it became a logistical nightmare to manage and distribute between my staff, and last minute requests were almost impossible to accommodate. If you do not have an electronic method of entry, such as a front door keypad and/or garage keypad, a lock box will be required. An affordable lock box may be purchased on Amazon and the location of it will be completely up to you. Our clients have become quite creative on where they put them. We will discuss these options at the meet and greet. Keys may not be hidden in unsecure locations, such as under doormats. This is a libility to you, as well as us.

We work as a team but you will meet the owner of the business at the meet and greet. Any additional meet and greets needed to meet other team members will result in an additional charge, per employee, unless we are dealing with fear aggressive pets.

We ask for as much notice as possible to schedule a new client Meet and Greet, as ample time is needed to rearrange our schedules to meet with you and your fur-babies. An “URGENT” Meet and Greet fee of $10 *may* be charged on requests of less than 72 hours.
